Celebrating our centenary year

Adam Millar & Sons Ltd. was established in Pollokshaws, Glasgow in 1906. The company have been Steel Fabricators, Welders, Pipefitters and Tinsmiths for 100 years, providing a strong and lasting bond with the local community.

Managing Director, Andrew Millar, commenced work with his father and grandfather in 1962 and has extensive knowledge of all aspects of the sector. Andrew is greatly respected and established within the local retail and industrial community, who continue to rely on his knowledge and proficiency. This basis of trust and integrity enables our customers to experience an honest and excellent service.

Our Engineering Supplies Division is headed by Malcolm Yates. Malcolm is an Engineer with over 30 years experience in the industry. Malcolm offers our customers a highly personalised service, providing a convienient and rapid service on time and on budget.
Andrew and Malcolm are joined by Ian K. McDermid, who with over 40 years experience within the Steel Manufacture and Fabrication industry, continues to retain strong relationships within the sector. Ian offers our customers a wealth of knowledge, providing an unprecedented service.
